We spotted John Mayer looking buff n tuff yesterday.  John was leaving a gym in Los Angeles after a personal training session with celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak.

Earlier in the day John had been present at a city council meeting in Los Angeles about the regulation of the paparazzi.  John didn't ask for a ban on the paps, but rather to "regulate it, officialize it, tax it, legitimize it."  The singer discussed the safety issues of being tailed by photographers while driving and while he appreciates his fame would just like there to be regulations in place so that people don't feel threatened. 

Perhaps the best quote about the ever present celebs vs paps debacle was Los Angeles Police Chief William Bratton, "If you notice, since Britney started wearing clothes and behaving; Paris is out of town not bothering anybody anymore, thank God; and evidently, Lindsay Lohan has gone gay, we don't seem to have much of an issue. If the ones that attract the paparazzi behave in the first place, like we expect of anybody, that solves about 90 percent of the problem. The rest we can deal with."
Yes, THANK GOD LiLo has turned gay....I swear, she is a modern day saint!
