Richard Simmons sweat and shook on Capitol Hill today after a house hearing on children's fitness.  Richard, being a fitness (and sequined shorts) expert, was invited to speak about the epidemic of childhood obesity in this country. 
After speaking with the representatives, Richard stripped down to his running shorts and tank top and jazzercised the shit out of some old ladies.  Richard's fans were dressed patriotically in red, white and blue and were throwing their hands up in the air like he was the fitness messiah (please note the woman in the I heart Jesus t-shirt).
