Lindsay Lohan is back on the set of Ugly Betty!  Currently filming on location in NYC, Lindsay was spotted in a pretty weird outfit that I'm going to presume is part of the show's wardrobe, not her own. (Unless powder blue work slacks and white orthopedic sneakers are hot now.)  LiLo will be rejoining the cast as a mean girl from Betty's past-I guess the part was practically written for her!
