Aww, poor Sam Ronson, all by her lonesome.  Sam Ro was spotted walking the streets of Manhattan this afternoon while her lady, Ms. Lohan, was off filming a cameo appearance for Ugly Betty.  Do you think she walking aimlessly around the East Village right now?  Just shuffling around in circles waiting for Lindsay to get off work?
